On August 29, 2023, the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine Riyadh Al-Maliki was held in Dushanbe.

 

 

 

 

 

During the negotiations, issues of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

 

 

 

 

After the bilateral meeting led by the foreign ministers of the two countries, the third round of political consultations was held between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine.

During the consultations between the sides, there was an exchange of views on the current state and prospects of bilateral relations in the political, economic, trade, investment, tourism, legal, cultural, scientific, educational and healthcare spheres, as well as cooperation between the two countries within the framework of regional and international organizations.

 

 

 

At the end of the political consultations, the following documents were signed:

1.The Protocol on political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine;

2.Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the State of Palestine on Cooperation in higher education and science research;

3.Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the State of Palestine on cooperation in the field of agriculture.
