On October 8, 2026, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait, Mr. Khusrav Noziri, met with Mr. Omar Saud Abdulaziz Al-Omar, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology and Acting Minister of Information and Culture of the State of Kuwait.

The meeting focused on the current state and prospects for expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and Kuwait in the fields of communications, information technology, media, culture and tourism.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation in these areas and making effective use of existing opportunities to further develop relations between Tajikistan and Kuwait.
